Groundnut Butter is an easy to produce, high nutrient food. But, how much would you pay for a jar? $3? $5? How about $10? What if you made only $5 a day? That’s the reality for families in Mali and Nicaragua who struggle with basic needs like food.
Raw groundnuts are plentiful for these families, but they do not have a cost effective way of processing them. Working with NGO’s in each country, we developed cultural specific solutions.
